Cut and sewn in Kuala Lumpur, in runs of fifty.
Two to three weeks from the day we confirm your size and cloth. Pieces in stock leave within two working days, and we tell you the date on WhatsApp before you pay.
Your first alteration is free within 14 days of delivery. Send a photo and your measurements on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether it can be taken in or let out.
By online bank transfer (DuitNow or FPX), or by card when you collect at the studio. We confirm the amount on WhatsApp first and never ask for payment anywhere else.
Yes. West Malaysia takes about three working days by courier and East Malaysia five to seven. Delivery is RM12 in the Klang Valley and free on orders over RM400.
Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned unworn within seven days. Made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned, but we will alter them until they fit.
